MVP OVR: 13 Location: Southern Illinois | I never understood people trying to take charges in the backcourt, yet won't do it when it makes sense (in the paint or on fastbreaks). I seriously might fall for that charge crap once out of 4-5 games, yet I constantly blow by them and have a 5 on 4 mismatch. People seriously need to watch basketball once in awhile. Online gaming is such a mockery these days. People steal concepts from one another and then run with it thinking it will make them better. I don't mean actual concepts that take skills, time, and some IQ like learning plays, POE's combinations that work for you, how to work the post, how to run a type of offense, etc. I mean people picking up little gimmicks like taking charges in the backcourt or learning how to spin dunk and run with it. They do this in all sports game too. Madden most people just run options and run the same zone blitz the entire game with no adjustments. In MLB the Show, everyone center swings, bunts n steals, dances in the box, etc. And in NBA everyone tries to take charges and they dribble around the perimeter until you try to play on ball and they lose you for a second and launch a 3. Oh and the brief time I played NHL it was that cheesy wrist shot from the slot aimed high and inside. I honestly feel bad for some who limit their game to this. But I tell ya when you get that 1 solid game out of 10 against a competent individual and it resembles realism..its a beauty. It makes it worth it. I never get that feeling when facing the AI.
