I was impressed to find a raid boss at level 6, the Damned Soul on the League side. The newbie zones are extremely easy. Allods had by far the most low level group content i've seen in a while. Mobs deal next to no damage to any players and while death is possible, it's not likely and won't be an hinderance even if it does happen.
